Initial Thoughts:

Ripped Femme seem not to like having their products reviewed and sent through a DMCA file complaint and I was therefore remove the images. Does this mean they have something to hide?

Either way, I will review this fairly.

It was only a matter of time that in a market place crowded with male orientated products that something more suited to ladies tastes and requirements would become available, the ladies above are many people’s inspiration, however, is a look that shredded plausible using this product?

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat. One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese. Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect.

L-Carnitine L-Tartrate – This is typically used for physical performance and power output but there are very mixed results. 1000-1400mg required daily for any benefits to be had such as fat burning, however, the studies are on elderly people, this is much the same for any lean mass gains.

Instructions:

2 capsules daily. The ideal would be 4 soft gels per day in order to provide a constant fat burning stimulation throughout the day and no flat line where your body doesn’t have any of the nutrients to utilize.

Good:

4 useful and proven ingredients.

Olive is good for reducing cholesterol.

B12 is good for energy which may help with that slump after work and prevent you from reaching for that donut for a rush.

Bad:

Less than 1500mg per day isn’t satisfactory neither is the dose of 2 soft gels per day.

There’s not enough L-Carnitine to be of any use whatsoever.

ID3 is a estrogen blocker which is great for testosterone boosters and men but not necessarily for women.

My Review Conclusion:

This is actually on the right track to being useful. However, it fails on a few fundamental areas:

  1. Dose
  2. Unsubstantial ingredients
  3. Estrogen blocker

This doesn’t quite reach the heady levels of the #1 fat burner on the market today.
