There’s not a great deal of information regarding this product on the internet and that could well be the fact it looks to be a UK based product. The laws are slightly different over in the UK than to the US, in many respects a little more lax when it comes to supplements or even steroids in general. A friend had sourced these for me so I could look a little deeper.
This increases fat oxidation rate whilst reducing carbohydrate oxidation rate during low to moderate exercise.
Ephedrine – It is able to induce fat loss via increasing the amount of fat available for fuel as well as by increasing heat expenditure. It has been implicated in increasing the metabolic rate by up to 5% in humans. It has also been noted to cause serious side-effects in some instances, and its legal status varies by region.
Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) – Used to relieve pain, fever and inflammation. It is highly synergistic with ephedrine.
Ephedrine is highly synergistic with Caffeine, and for this reason is commonly found in something called an ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin).
Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB. This is found in Instant Knockout which we massively rate.
Take up to 1 tablet daily. 270mg daily which is very low.
This will help to burn fat, it will help because of the caffeine, ephedrine and synephrine which are all able to help metabolize fat. The Acetylsalicylic acid is highly synergistic with the caffeine and ephedrine hence it’s presence. It can also help with any pain or inflammation you may suffer from due to high intensity work outs.
As well as it may work, there are a lot of concerns around ephedrine, hence its varying legal status around the globe. It can induce a heart attack, stroke, seizure and in some cases, death.
As already mentioned, having a product containing ephedrine may have you in trouble with the law, plus if you are a competitive athlete this may well get your banned.
The actual ingredient content is low and realistically, it does miss out on plenty other effective fat burning ingredients.
This does only appear to be available in the United Kingdom, even then it looks to be available from shady looking websites.
There is much less caffeine and green tea here than in the best fat burner on the market.
My Review Conclusion:
While this may provide you with some short term weight loss gains, there’s a fair amount of legal complexity surrounding the product, not to mention the health risks too. We all want to look great but none of us want a seizure or to potentially die.
That combined with the potential availability issues and the fact there are effective and legal products out there such as the #1 fat burner on the market it would lead me to look elsewhere.
